The Yoni Herbs and Bath salt are a powerful combination, ideal for Postpartum healing, Vaginal/Anal soreness or Boils, Yeast infection, Menstrual cramps, and Hemorrhoids/Piles (Kookoo).
Indication: For warm-water sitz baths.
Directions for use:
- Boil 1 bag of the Plexa Yoni Herbs in 1 Litre of water for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add about 1.5 Litres of water at room temperature to the Plexa Yoni Herbs Decoction.
- Check to ensure that the resulting solution is lukewarm.
- Pour the preparation into a sitz bath pan.
- Add 2-3 teaspoons of Bath Salt (Optional)**
- Sit in the pan and soak in the solution for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Two sitz baths are recommended daily or as needed.
- Please discard the bag after use
