A mentorship and educational initiative for senior high school students in Ghana, supporting informed choices about skills, careers, entrepreneurship and their future.

Purpose

Helping students see options — and test them.

Many young people leave school with ambition but limited exposure to how careers, businesses and new technologies actually work. Future by Design introduces practical ways to explore directions, build useful skills and take a first concrete step.

The programme aims to help students:

  • understand how technology and AI are changing work and opportunity;
  • reflect on their interests and strengths;
  • turn aspirations into small, practical experiments;
  • build communication, digital, entrepreneurial and financial skills;
  • leave with a personal action plan.

These are aims of the programme, not guaranteed outcomes.

For schools

Sessions can be arranged in person, online or in a flexible format. We work through a named coordinating adult and collect only the information needed to plan a session.

For parents

All learning hub material is free to read without an account. Students' personal plans are completed on paper or on their own device — we do not collect them.

Participation and media consent

Before any session, participating schools will receive participation details and a media-consent form for parents or guardians. No student will be photographed or recorded for publication without that consent. Final terms will be confirmed before enrolment opens.
