This notice explains how WEKKAN Alliance Limited ("WEKKAN", "we") handles personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

• Newsletter requests: your email address, chosen interests, consent time and subscription status.
• School enquiries: school name, town and region, and the coordinating adult's name, role, email, optional telephone, and session preferences. We do not ask for students' names, dates of birth, addresses or identification numbers.
• Mentor expressions of interest: name, contact details, experience, expertise, proposed contribution, optional profile link and availability.
• Contact messages: name, email, enquiry type and message.
• Event registrations: name, email, optional telephone, registrant type, organisation and group size.
• Resource downloads: an anonymous count per resource. No personal information is recorded.

The My Future Plan worksheet is completed in your browser or on paper; we do not receive or store it.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, organise sessions you have asked about, and — only if you opted in — send the newsletter. Enquiry permissions and newsletter consent are separate.

Who can see it

Only authorised WEKKAN administrators and editors. Information is stored with our hosting and database provider and is not sold.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information through the contact form.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards, then delete them.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change.
